 Delivery timescales

  • We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days of acceptance of your order. However we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Standard service

  • For orders delivered to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excludes offshore UK Islands, Channel Islands, BFPO and the Isle of Man) our postage packaging and delivery charges are:
    • £4.95 for purchases up to £70
    • FREE postage for orders of £70 or more (applies to Standard Delivery Only)
  • We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered 2 working days later.
  • The cost of Next Day Delivery is £9.95: If you order by 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day.
  • Free Delivery promotions do not apply to Next Day Delivery service.
  • Next Day Delivery is available to mainland UK residents only, this excludes Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

Risk of Damage in Transit and Property

  • We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them and we have been paid in full. Thereafter the Products belong to you.
  • If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.

Do you deliver overseas?

  • It may be possible for us to arrange delivery of Products Overseas. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 01780 753409 for further information.


Returns and Refunds Policy


At CallyCo we want you to enjoy the products you buy from us. We therefore have a "goodwill" returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations). If you are not entirely satisfied with a product you may return it to us. Please note however that we are not able to make refunds for fabrics which have been cut to length. Goods must be returned to us with a receipt and in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.

How refunds are returned

  • We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if returning goods as Callyco cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused to goods in transit. If products are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable) to such loss or damage.
  • Please return the products within 14 days of receipt, complete in the original packaging with proof of purchase to:

  • Once we have received the products you wish to return to us, a refund for the agreed amount will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from our receipt of the products for this process to be completed.

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations

You must inform us within 7 days commencing from the date after receipt of the products that you wish to return them.
