How do I receive confirmation of my order?
- Customers ordering online, will be sent an email-containing acknowledgement of the order placed.
Ordering Fabric swatches
- To help you visualise how fabrics will work in your home we will send you up to five swatches free of charge. These can be ordered on line by using the appropriate link.
- Please note that whilst we try to display the colours of the fabrics accurately, the colours of the fabrics you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately reflect the true colours of the fabric.
Payment
How to make payment for your order
- We accept all major credit and UK debit cards, Visa Card and Master Card
- We only accept Pounds Sterling (£) on all transactions made.
When are you charged?
- The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Delivery timescales
- We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days of acceptance of your order. However we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Standard service

For orders delivered to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excludes offshore UK Islands, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man) our postage packaging and delivery charges are:
- £4.95 for purchases up to £70
- FREE postage for orders of £70 or more (applies to Standard Delivery Only)
UK Next Day Delivery - NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 20.12.11-03.01.2012 INCLUSIVE
- If you order by 11.30pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods the next day.
- We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
- The cost of Next Day Delivery is £9.95
- Free Delivery promotions do not apply to Next Day Delivery service.
- Next Day Delivery is available to mainland UK residents only, this excludes Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.
Risk of Damage in Transit and Property
- We carry the risk of loss or damage to the Products until you receive them and we have been paid in full. Thereafter the Products belong to you.
- If you return the Products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
Do you deliver overseas?
- It may be possible for us to arrange delivery of Products Overseas. Please contact our Customer Services Team on 07788 240911 for further information.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At CallyCo we want you to enjoy the products you buy from us. We therefore have a "goodwill" returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations). If you are not entirely satisfied with a product you may return it to us. Please note however that we are not able to make refunds for fabrics which have been cut to length. Goods must be returned to us with a receipt and in a resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.
How refunds are returned
- We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if returning goods as Callyco cannot be responsible for any loss or damage caused to goods in transit. If products are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable) to such loss or damage.

- Once we have received the products you wish to return to us, a refund for the agreed amount will be actioned to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days from our receipt of the products for this process to be completed.
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
You must inform us within 7 days commencing from the date after receipt of the products that you wish to return them.

How many swatches can I order?
We are happy to supply up to 5 swatches free of charge. Thereafter these will be charged at £1 each. In order to order swatches these must be added to your Bag. If you require more than five swatches please telephone our Customer Services Team on 07788 240911 where payment can be made over the telephone.
